We will repair or replace any malfunctioning phone card that you have purchased from Gardner Business Solutions within the last 90 days.
Any and all information that you submit to the pre-paid-phonecard.com Web site is kept strictly confidential. It is not given, sold, or in any other way released to any outside company. It is used to process orders and, occasionally, as a reference for correspondence, e-mailings, or newsletters.
Order filling policy
We will not fill an order until we have received the payment for the order. This does not delay the filling of orders in the case of credit cards or e-checks when performed through our VeriSign secure server. But e-check payments via PayPal take four days to clear during which we will not fill the order.

For total certainty on the rates for any prepaid phone card that we sell, we suggest you call the customer service department of the card in question. We have included these phone numbers in our master list of phone cards.
Cancelled credit cards orders. Credit card companies charge merchants a percentage of all their customers' credit card transactions. This means that GBS is charged when its customers make an order, and again when they cancel the order. To recover this cost, GBS must charge 6% to PayPal Customers or 7% to credit card customers that reverse or cancel their orders.
PayPal and credit card holders who do not respond to our verification inquiry must also pay the charge on returns, plus any postage costs incurred during and as a result of the order.
some cases, it is possible to cancel a credit card order between the time the order has
cleared and the time the funds are actually transferred. In these cases, GBS
will not levy a transaction fee.
Problem cards. If you develop a problem with your phone card, you must first contact Gardner Business Solutions so that we can determine the best means of correcting the matter. You may contact us in any of the following ways:
Problems can often be corrected without physically returning the card to Gardner Business Solutions, so it's important to contact us first. If, however, a phone card should need to be returned to Gardner Business Solutions, it must be done at the expense of the buyer.
